Live, read-only health check of a public remote MCP endpoint: reachability and TLS, Streamable HTTP initialize, negotiated protocol version, tools/list schema sanity, tool-description safety flags, auth and x402 (paid endpoint) detection, latency. Companion to x402-listing-doctor (which lints x402 listings in depth).
