ToolMint Record Hygiene JSON
Clean owner/contact records in one call: normalized names, owner type (individual/entity/trust/estate/government) with the matched keyword, offline USPS-style address formatting with issue flags, mailing-vs-property (absentee) flag, NANP phones to E.164, email syntax, and dedupe clusters.
